Book Review: Teacher's Pest (Tales from Lovecraft Middle School #3)

Today's review is on Teacher's Pest (Tales from Lovecraft Middle School #3)

This fun and creepy series continues the story of Robert Arthur and his friends Glenn Torkells and Karina Ortiz. Crawford Tillinghast is still set on taking over Lovecraft Middle School and it's up to our three hero's to stop him.

The demon posing as the student council president, Howard Mergler, has devised a plan for the Master involving bugs. Lots and lots of bugs that infiltrate Lovecraft in droves, and no one knows where all of them are going.

In order to find out where the thousands of bugs are heading, Robert agrees to send Pip and Squeak on a recon mission. Something goes wrong though. When Pip and Squeak try to jump across a chasm they disappear and Robert fears what may happen to them.

With the help of another demon, Howard's plan seems to be going well. That is until Robert and his friends figure out exactly what it is.

Is I have said before, I simply love the covers of these books. They stand out and capture your attention, a sure sign that the author knows the market he is aiming for. And once you start reading you just can't stop.

Another fabulous installment that flows seamlessly with the series as well as being a good stand alone book.

DON'T BE FOOLED by his friendly smile, his perfect manners, or his shiny red apple. Student council president Howard Mergler is actually a sinister bug-monster in disguise—and he's summoning swarms of roaches, wasps, fleas, and head lice into the corridors of Lovecraft Middle School!  Twelve-year-old Robert Arthur is the only student who can stop him--but he'll need help from his best friends: the school bully, the school ghost, and an extremely courageous two-headed rat.

This third novel in the Lovecraft Middle School series begins right where Professor Gargoyle and The Slither Sisters ended—with more action, more adventure, and more outrageous monsters!
